Welcome to Elmsgrove Lane
Inspired by a love for nature
In 2020, my world was shaken. From the global pandemic to an ending relationship and two moves in between, I was lost. At my lowest points, I felt no sense of purpose or belonging, but I wanted my life and presence to matter as part of a bigger picture.
Reflection and a sunny trip to the beach inspired realignment. With newfound clarity, my next step was to move to the Texas hill country right outside of Austin, Texas to be near my family. I was uncertain yet optimistic, and I knew this move would mean starting fresh in every way. At the time, I didn’t know that the hill country would also offer me a renewed sense of self.
My love for the hill country was nearly immediate. I had visited my family just a handful of times since their relocation from Houston, but it wasn’t until my own move that I began to fully understand the culture and charm of this magical place. The hill country offered an authentic opportunity to connect with the environment. Long walks, weekend hikes, and spending afternoons outside inspired me to explore my own values and aspirations. I admired the imperfect beauty of wildflowers, dotting the hill country fields with the same kind of hope I was beginning to feel for my future. I became immersed in the local culture, enjoying communal picnic tables for shared dinners under the oak trees. I knew the hill country was home.
The hill country saved me - now, it’s my turn to help save the hill country.
The environmental crisis we face is one that cannot be denied. From local drought conditions and the depletion of soil through conventional agriculture practices to pesticides seeping into our homes through food we trust as “safe,” we face this crisis together, and together we must change it.
Localized farming and regenerative agriculture practices have the power to restore ecosystems, stabilize and harmonize climates, and even reshape our food system. While these challenges and their solutions can seem complex and out of reach, change begins on a small scale - in our own homes and communities.

Our long-term goal is to create a health-focused community focused on living in harmony with our environment. Reimagining an approach to food, we strive to create immersive experiences for connection with local farmers and the beauty of nature. We look forward to sharing in this journey with you - beautiful things happen when we come together.
One of my favorite parts of the house on Elmsgrove Lane was the beautiful, mature oak tree in our neighbor’s backyard. Story goes that many years ago on the day of their wedding, it was planted by the farmer and his wife who once owned and tended to the land.
When the farmer and his wife sold the land for development, they did so with a single contingency: the oak would be left in place for all the years to come, no matter what the future held for the property.
Years later, we attended another wedding under the same oak tree, with light dappling perfectly through its strong, weathered branches.
Throughout the many years on Elmsgrove Lane, the tree was a gathering place - it brought people together for special moments of celebration and day-to-day happenings alike, ensuring nature was at the center of each occasion.
The oak tree is more than a logo; it is a reminder of our value and commitment to fostering community through living in harmony with our environment.
